Pierre Ivacheff resides in Brussels and was a professor of fine art and art history at the European School of Brussels for 36 years.

Pierre Ivacheff was born in 1947 and raised in Paris, where he attended the Sorbonne and earned a bachelor’s degree in art history as well as an "agregation" in fine art. He currently resides in Brussels and was a professor of fine art and art history at the European School of Brussels between 1976 and 2012. 

Ivacheff has exhibited his work in Belgium, France and in the United States.
